Texas Homeowner Shoots Drunk Home Invader

A Flushear man was home with his family when a drunk man kicked in the front door and demanded that the homeowner shoot him. Fearing for his and his family’s safety, the homeowner shot the intruder in the leg with a .410 shotgun round from a Taurus Judge revolver and ordered him to stop. When the intruder refused to comply, the homeowner shot him again. The second round ended the incident. Responding police transported the intruder to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening wounds. The homeowner and his family were unharmed in the encounter.
